Born in Augsburg/Germany. After having finished
vocational training as a car mechanic in Germany and the USA, graduated
Medical school and studied socioeconomics in tandem (student of Lord
R. Dahrendorf). Multiple international Visiting Professorships. MA,
MD, Dr med, Dr rer. soc, a Prof. Specialization in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, as a Senior Medical Consultant especially in the fields of Psychotraumatology, Psychosomatics, and Chronic Pain Syndromes (IBS, CFS, FM). Specially interested in integral psychiatry, including complementary and conventional medicine. Over 280 publications and presentations. Member of the European Academy of Science and Arts (EASA), the Austrian Chapter of the Club of Rome (CoR) and member of the Integral Institute (I-I/ USA). |

C. G. Jung Institute/Zurich/CH; member of the Directorial Board of the
European Institute of Medicine (EiM); Several academic appointments,
including PPKE (HU), MAYO (USA), Beijing (CN); Clinical consultant at
the WHO collaboration center for TCM, Beijing/China, currently at the
SALK/Salzburg (A). These memberships afford the opportunity to combine theory and practice and to be involved in a more interdisciplinary approach to scholarship and science.
